Geneva Music Festival Resident Artists are bringing classic and modern works highlighting musical expressions of intense emotions by Schumann, Esmail, Suk, and Franck on May 24th and 25th. The season will be followed by a special concert by internationally-acclaimed Brentano String Quartet on May 30th.
“War and Peace” on May 31st and June 1st will feature works by Beethoven, Shostakovich, and Georges Antoine, each of a different era and nationality, whose lives and works were indelibly marked by the suffering of war.
