GMF featured on Performance Today!

Be sure to listen to Performance Today on Tuesday, August 25 to hear a Geneva Music Festival performance by Ettore Causa, viola, and Esther Park, piano. They will be performing Four Vocal Songs by Johannes Brahms, arranged for viola and piano by Ettore Causa. The concert was part of our 2018 season and was performed in Froelich Hall, Gearan Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Geneva, NY.

This piece will be presented near the end of the second hour of the show.

Pianist Esther Park will also be featured at the beginning of the second hour of the same show, playing Florence Price’s Elfentanz with violinist Dawn Wohn.

Performance Today with host Fred Child can be heard on WXXI, Rochester NY, from 10 am to noon, and on WCNY, Syracuse, from 10 pm to midnight. You may also listen online (https://www.yourclassical.org/programs/performance-today) starting at 9 am on August 25th and for 30 days after that. Check the website for your local station’s schedule.
