The pandemic presented Geneva Music Festival (GMF) with many challenges. Over the past two years, many granting organizations responded with support that helped GMF overcome those challenges and provide world class concert experiences in a variety of formats for our patrons and community outreach for seniors and children.

  • National Endowment for the Arts CARES – Provided major support for the 2021 and 2022 concert seasons.
  • The Brenda and Dave Rickey Foundation – Provided generous operational support for both 2021 and 2022 seasons and was a major donor to the GMF Endowment Campaign.
  • Williams Family Foundation – A long standing supporter of GMF who has given generously to cover operational costs for 2021 and 2022.
  • Wyckoff Family Foundation – Ongoing supporter of the GMF youth outreach program to schools, YMCA, St. Peter’s Community Arts Academy and the Boys and Girls Club of Geneva.
  • Nelson B. Delavan Foundation – Supported live-streaming and the increased cost for venue rental due to social distancing in 2021 and 2022.
  • Max and Marion Farash Foundation – Provided operational support in 2021 and for COVID-19-related expenses in 2022.
  • Finger Lakes Community Arts Grant – Supported operational support for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
  • Spring Hill Fund of the Rochester Area Community Foundation – Supported the various GMF youth outreach programs.
  • Drs. Dawn and Jacques Lipson Enhancing Life Fund – Supported live-streaming and publicity costs.
  • Statewide Community Regrant Program, formerly FLCAG – Provided support for the 2021 concert season and COVID-19-related expenses for the 2022 season.
  • Ontario County Arts Council – Supported the ATLYS concert at Sonnenberg Gardens and senior outreach at Ferris Hills.
